Nabeel's Story:

People look at mental health like it's some shameful sin. But it's a sickness, where the severity of it varies. If you don't treat your cold symptoms, it can become something worse, that's how mental health is. But rather than speaking openly about it, sharing experiences, and building a support network, everyone just spends all their time hiding or denying what's going on. So, mole hills become mountains and people end up having to deal with it as if they're the only person to ever experience it. They have to rediscover solutions in the shadows for something their neighbor has already gone through.
