Vish Singh's Story:

Mental health to me means being in a stable and balanced state of mind. The ability to cope with daily stressors, successfully adapting to new situations, and avoiding negativity which makes your life difficult. Few tips that I personally use in everyday life to keep my personal stressors away are: 

 

1. Do things that make you happy.

 

2. Surround yourself with people that want the best for you and are genuinely happy for you.

 

3. Don't consume your mind with things that you can't control or don't have any control over.

 

4. Stay so focused on your own path that you silence any naysayers.
