Harkirat Sandhu's story:

This piece is called "Stress".

Since childhood, I'd crumple pieces of artwork that didn't live up to my standards. There was no room for mediocre. I'd worry about things that a child shouldn't have to until he/she's of age. Along with art, there were five other threads that caused stress and that being: family, friends, school, career, and MS--a disorder I was diagnosed with at the age of 7. I'm a lot older now and beginning to understand that not everything will be perfect.

However, the "mess" created to reach perfection is a beautiful piece on its own.
